A general question or two......
First of all I am a newbie, so hello and be gentle.
I just had a general inquiry regarding payment of Mobile Phone bills, and more specifically late payment of.
I have myself in a position where I am paying my mobile phone bill in arrears - for example my bill is due on, say, the 11th of the month and I pay it on the 30/31st of the month. As a result of the period in between the due date and the payment dtae, I frequently recieve letters to the effect of "We are concerned the above amount has not been paid, please forward payment within 5 days" etc etc but really the process goes no further as I've paid it off by the end of the month.
Further to this, I committed the cardinal sin of getting myself into a new contract whilst under contract with another, so this is happening with 2 companies, although one comes to an end next month.
I suppose what I'm asking is if there is any real implication to my credit rating/score of not paying on the due date and consequently recieving these letters? I view my credit file online through Experian every month and no missed payments are shown relating to these accounts so I assume they are just automated letters sent out when the due date is missed?
Sorry if the above has confuzzled anyone and any input would be gladly welcome.
See you around :-)
