The Proline is apparently tiny inside (looking at the reviews) and very noisy and tinny, but a bit better it seems than the Matsui and the Hinari. The Bosch one is available at Comet, but is the dearest of all sellers at £299, but Imight go and have a look at it at some point to see just how big it is.

sigh...........i guess I'd better do them by hand for now!

there certainly are. There's also a Cookworks one which is £119 in Argos but again, the reviews are pants.

The only problem with the Bosch one is that it doesn't have feet on it. If I put it on the draining board, it will overhang the edge of it so needs to be slightly raised. If I put it on the other side of the sink, it fits but cuts down my working space to virtually nothing.

Bizarre how such a good area can have such a badly designed kitchen in it!

Ah well, pots washed and dried until it all re-starts in a few hours with dinner!

Bosch have a very good name for kitchen appliances. It's one of the reasons I bought the washing machine that I have.

If you do buy one - shop around for the extended warranty.

Don't buy the shop's extended warranty - they're rip offs. You can get 3rd party ones which are better.

I managed to get my curtains up at last AGAIN last night, so got a reasonable nights sleep. Its great when you dont have a street lamp that is akin to something out of Stalag 13 shining in your window. Woke up this morning to see that half the baton the rail was attached to had come away from wall. AGAIN. So been to Woolis and bought a big hammer and some nails. That little sucker wont move now. 2 nails, one big hammer. Always sorts it.
