I have left him a lovely pile of dishes and roasting tins to clean:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Well - it's snowing reasonably heavily here.
Of course that doesn't mean the roads are cut off or anything - the ice-cream van has just pulled up..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Yup, here too not starting to lie though, shame as we havent had a decent amount this winter at all.
My kids have never experienced the type of snow that happened when I was a youngster, I remember the drifts coming up over the living room window. Never lost a day at school though and I remember all of the teachers being there too. Only need 1cm of snow now to cause total chaos! But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

washing up next. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo close to buying a table top dishwasher. I've researched them all and the only ones worth having are the Bosch and the AEG. Unfortunately, the 2 most expensive. They are bigger than I expected and would take up quite a bit of work top space but I am sick of a pile of washing up each day and the fact that I've worked out how much money per year handwashing the dishes every day is costing me in lost AQA work!!!
I've worked out that buying the Bosch one at around £250 would pay for itself in saved time in less than 6 months!!!!
There are much cheaper ones - Matsui and Hinari, but the reviews are really poor.
There's a Kenwood 'new kid on the block' for around £125. I'm going to check that one out."Stay Wonky":D

buy one keren honestly, personally id rather pull my teeth out than wash pots by hand again (ok maybe not) i bought i full size one obviously due to 4 of us but i paid £70 second hand about 8 years ago thinking i'm not sure if i will use it or not well when i replaced all my appliances i bought a nice new one!!0

what about a
PROLINE PDW041 comet £129 ??0 -
hmmmmm, apparently the Kenwood is 'nice to look at' but 'dinner plates don't fit in it'............think that's another to add to the 'useless' pile.
Unfortunately, I don't have the space for a slim line or full size under cupboard one. It's mad as my kitchen isn't tiny, but I have 1 cupboard with the boiler, pilot light thingy in it, 1 with books and stuff like flour, cereal (erm and a pizza oven since yesterday!), 1 under the sink with cleaning stuff, 1 with pans in and a very slim one with rice, pasta, potatoes and oil etc."Stay Wonky":D
