Barclay's Tax Saver ISA - where to now?

I bought the Barclay's cash ISA last year and the bonus period will be finished soon. Any suggestions as to where to transfer it to now?

Best to give instructions to transfer out of it around a month before the bonus period is due to end so as not to be on a lower rate during the transfer out period.
If it was me I would go for Nationwide or Halifax ( if i wanted a fixed rate) or Abbey if I wanted a variable rate as all these providers fully backdate interest on transfers in.0
