    Does those rates just cover London? Where can I find the amounts for Arun?

    its 2 bed going for £335 a week, so i get to keep the £5 difference, yeah?

    If i sublet the spare room out say for £150 a week, what will i get deducted from me benefit ?

    Yes, the council will pay the rates in that area.

    If you sublet a room, this will be treated as income.

    I'm on incapacity, so they cant deduct income from that ?

    could they deduct anything from my LHA ?

    IB is counted as income. If you have any savings this will affect the amount that you can claim.
