The futures market is forecasting about 15%, between now and December 2010, which at 4% inflation would be around 30% in real terms. That looks about right to me.Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!0

regardless of time, but what you think the crash will bottom out at.0 -
I chose between 0 and 10%
I actually think it could range from "they will level out for the next few years" to about 15%. this was why I chose the middle of the three options this falls into.
Regardless, each area will be affected differently and therefore this is my thoughts for the country as a whole.:wall:

10% drop will do me fine.
15% would be great and 20% fantastic.Keep the right company because life's a limited business.0 -
i reckon between 10 and 20% although i hope for more ,i am a homeowner with less than 5 years left on my mortgage but all the money my house has appreciated over the years is all relative, i have not really made money in my eyes, the banks and building societys for the most part and the btl investors have and the bigger fall the better.0

Still at it troll?
You need to stop beating yourself up, just because you are such a failure.
Remember just because you were bullied at school you dont need to be so bitter and twisted, my offer of a hug is still open for you to take up.0
