Are they not a good investment now? How far would you want them to drop before buying again? Personally I'd want 50%.
no there are not many that are a good investment, especially since February/March.
there are not many quality properties on the market, when there are they go very quickly..
they'll be a few more on the market over the next few months which will lower prices that little bit more...
it all depends on the rental income if there a good investment - why would you buy to lose money!?

We can argue about the size of the drop - 50%, 40%, whatever. What will be will be. Eventually. Maybe you will wait till another 15% drops, and I will wait for 50%.0 -

they may be over-valued (that's a never ending argument) but that doesn't mean that they are unaffordable for many...
luckily i've bought in a recession before and done well out of it, it's not the worst time to buy.0
