There is an "aero-bus" that`s run by the local bus company PLANA,which waits outside Reus airport for every arriving Ryamair flight.
It costs 9-95 euros return and will drop you off outside your hotel and pick you up for your return flight.
i can confirm we used this and was very suprised how much return it was ie. 10 euros return, the service was good as it was directly outside our hotel but the return transfer turned up 45mins late so bit of a panic going to reception every 15 mins asking them to chase it up but it arrived eventually...the coach was packed like sardines and was supposed to get all 12 us on and our luggage...what a joke the luggage space was...the driver literally parked up and waited in his seat for us to load our luggage which annoyed me enough to get him to come and help us stack the other cases on board so we can get us all on.....then to find out there was only 4 seats and the rest of the party had to stand with the kids siting on the steps of the toilet!! not happy but we got a flight which is what mattered as we were the last stop at la pineda.

back to mcdonalds...now we went in there to enquire about tickets on the happy meals and the staff was no help as their english was limited to yes or no and we got a no! so no luck there for cheap tickets and ended paying 44 euros for adult and 33.5 euros for the kids!

plana buses do a card for 10 journeys for 10 euro 70 cents. Can be used for up to 5 people .Covers all local buses including the airport in reus. Not sure if you can buy one at the airport or just in resort .Makes getting to port aventure very cheap. If you need to top it up go to a supermarket and it costs 8 euros 70 cents for 10 journeys ..... even cheaper .Have a great time .

Going to get to the park for two days in a couple of weeks 2 adults & 2 teenagers . OH wants to wait until we get there to buy tickets - looks like 352euros for 2 days but I think we be better getting four day passes £231.80 from Attraction tix. Anyone experience of this?
  • PortAventura is amazing! You can get really good travel/accommodation deals off this website that I booked with... and the actual park tickets are FREE! Check out portaventuraholidays.co.uk
