I sometimes 'hide' all my boots paper in the free local paper when I put the recycling out! I just dare to think what your recycling says about you! Mine is full of Boots stuff, empty boots related product bottles and flavoured water bottles as I only eat food from scratch etc.
My recycling men must think there are 12 teenage girls living here who just shop for toiletries, get thirsty from all the lugging and then finish up ten products a day.
Mind you...better than my neighbours(not that I have been 'rooting' through his recycling lol) ...he should be dead by now judging by his recycling...each week about 40 packs cigs, case to case and half beer bottles, 7 pizza boxes. Ewwww.
I find it amazing that Boots are doing these bags actually as I have had their SA's tell me for the last say 8 years, that I MUST use one of their bags! If they do insist, I always just empty contents into my own and then hand back lol. Can only use shoulder bags because of RSI in the wrists anyway, but they do not listen grrrr. Same as Marks and Sparks, despite their recent campaign, they still want to put a pack of mints in a carrier for you! Sorry...I am rambling(as usual)!
I shred receipts etc... lol.. but have only just found out that shredded paper cannot go in recycling binwhats all that about then?? Broclo your pm box is full again  how popular are you!?! pmsl :rotfl:

TIA
:T
I saw it advertised in the Reading paper (there is a local contest to win a bag filled with goodies), and it said the bag would be available in Reading from early April, and everywhere else in June. I do wonder if that's true, because I don't know why we'd get it here so much sooner than everywhere else. I haven't seen it in the local Boots yet, but I'll check tomorrow. I'm going to try not to buy one though, as I have *plenty* of shopping bags!0 -
Hi, i saw this on the Marie Claire website, sorry if it's old news, i only go in boots about 4 times in a year
There are so many reasons why it is worth buying the new 100% gorgeous bag from Boots. Firstly, in 100% cotton, it is a great alternative to using plastic bags, and is big enough to fit in all your shopping.
Secondly, it helps raise funds for three women's cancer charities, Breast Cancer Care, The Eve Appeal and Action Breast Cancer, with 15% of the price going directly to this worthy cause.
Thirdly, at just £3, it is stylish, and eco-friendly bargain!
Get to your nearest Boots store now to pick yours up.

My friend has told me that these are going to be a little late in stores. She said the very large Boots stores will get them first, hopefully this week but not certain as yet, then the next largest stores should get them probably the week after or so, then the smaller stores within a couple of weeks of them.
I'm seeing her tomorrow so I'll ask her for an update should there be one

I got a passion (very apt dont you think??!!) flower and something else (memory going lol!) hand and nail cream in a pump dispenser for £3 with mine.. its great, so easy to use in a pump. been after one for ages!
I think I need to go shopping again now, just need to find an valid excuse. The excuse of boots and discount won't cut it as I have way to much on the toiletries side already0 -

How desperate are you for the sunglasses? For the past couple of years they have either done a generic 'half price sunglasses' offer available to all customers without any purchase, or they do a till spit for them. Should imagine they will do the same again this year.

I cleared it last night, just playing PM Ping Pong with a few people today lol. Sorry. Cleared now
I could never work out the shredded paper thing! I get statements etc online, but if sensitive info comes through the door, I save the shredded stuff for my friend as her kids have a fluffy thing with fangs and claws that they keep in their kitchen in a cage and apparently it sleeps and urinates on it and they have to change it alot, although you would not think so.
No hope of keeping this post Boots related, sorry AGAIN!0
