If anyone wants something nice to use their med soap voucher on, the Amazon Forest handwash is really nice.

Do the coupons work on the amazon range? Thats really good for £3 even better with a soap.0 -

I really need to get some new sunglasses and would obviously be happier getting them half price. If anyone can help would really appreciate and would send them SAE if necessary.:embarasse Thanks, Shelly0

MSE Bootser, maybe we're more easily spotted than we think? Does the following description fit anyone here?
Doesn't need a reason to visit Boots but in an emergency will feign a headache and just "quickly" pop in for paracetamol.
If you get close enough you'll smell pink Soap&Glory or more recently, Smiley perfume.
First stop, ACM.
Next stop, clearance stand.
Prowls the store on every floor on the way to the pharmacy, always checks out all the ranges with current vouchers in the hope of spotting a price reduction or glitch.
Sometimes accompanied by a male OH, these are easily spotted as they usually stand several feet away, sighing, tapping their feet and looking at their watches in an impatient manner. Tsk....
Usually on first name terms with some of the SA's, nodding terms with the others and "avoiding eye contact terms" with one or two fiercer ones.
Can often be found crouching at display stands checking out the drawers for elusive items. Alternatively she is giving other customers advice on current vouchers and offers.
She uses terms such as "shelf edge label", "ACM", and "gift with purchase".
If you are still in doubt, check her basket, she will have one even if she's "just popping in for paracetamol". It will usually contain at least one GWP and the associated items, something with a Clearance sticker on, and a H&B mag.
Watch as she approaches the tills, her purse will be bulging with vouchers, her AC will be in her hand and she'll be ripping out the back page of the mag with her teeth; the more well equipped even have scissors.
At the tills she will hand over a quantity of vouchers and watch, eyes gleaming as the till total slowly reduces to a tiny fraction of its original total. She will often look mildly surprised at the final price, saying something innocent like "Gosh, that's a good deal isn't it?".
Finally, she will leave the store looking very pleased with herself with at least one Boots carrier bag.
If you see her again later it will be because she forgot the paracetamol or a H&B magazine...0 -

They had the Expert tins and the full range including smaller items.
Also, if you have the Dior Shine e mail take it along as there's a Dior counter :j
I forgot to ask where the clearance stand was when I was in, so if you could locate that I wouldn't mind knowing please...:D :rotfl:0 -

Hello - a fellow raider of Newcastle's Eldon Square Boots here!
Sorry if I'm asking a v.stupid question or the answer's posted somewhere I haven't seen - but what's the deal with the expert tins? Is it the GWP shown at the beginning of this thread that you can get with any 2 expert products? If so, has anyone posted or could anyone quickly tell me what the cheapest things in that range are that allow you to get the GWP?
Maybe see a couple of you in Boots tomorrow - I smell strongly of Soap and Glory orange shower gel!! xx0 -
Cambridge town centre Boots is absolutely rubbish. TB clutch full price (£11.25) and the Berry bag with handles was £10! I really need a cosmetics bag as well! Lots of clearance make up upstairs but nothing that took my fancy
Absolutely agree...Cambridge Retail Park is the best of the three (city centre/Grafton Centre/retail park) Clearance wise they tend to have more bargains than I can carry (or make OH carry) but there are times when there's diddly squat
I have a sneaky feeling a lot of their clearance/bargain stuff comes from the other two stores.
