I love property !!!!!!. Just make one called 'nosing round other folk's houses'. There doesn't need to be a point to it. I'm just nosy, I admit it!0

Me too

looooove the property !!!!!! shows...gives me the best larrfffs EVER! Thanks to all the starry eyed BTLer's who have been so easily sucked in over the past few years I too have made a small fortune clearing up their messes.

Not much these days gives me greater pleasure than watching these numpties take on summat that is beyond them, act like they know exactly what they are doing at the same time getting totally sucked in by being on the telly. LONG may they continue!! :rotfl:0 -
stuffcrash wrote: »lol go one buy hahaha desperation, but i'd like to thank all selfcert mortgage holders for this mess, ive made a small profit from it. Seems like a huge amount of BTLs are in the auction and no one is buying. No mortgage for you sir, work teh rest of your life to pay of your debt please, no chance of owning another home, seems like some will be renting for the rest of their lives. Greed is good
Who the hell is this lunatic? Squatboy is that you?0 -
I don't know about the rest of you, but quite a lot of the homes they're tarting up I'd be quite happy to move into and live in.... all this laminate/magnolia is streets ahead in poshness to what I've been used to. And, until recently, what most people were used to.
"dated" to me means "what you're used to". All livable! Then they spend £30k tarting it up, add £20k profit... bung it out, somebody buys it.... given another 2-3 years all houses would have been ridiculously over-priced on tart-up ... something most people never bother doing with their house in my experience.
So the carpet sucks and the wallpaper's pants. So long as the taps run, I can have a bath, loo flushes and is clean ... that's pretty much all you need!0 -
I've had a very odd day

DAY TIME TELLY AAAARRRGGGGHHHH
like homes under the hammer- waiting with wonderous glee for the odd occasion where pompous ar!! invests dosh in worthless plot!
dislike buy or not to buy- been using ex channel 4 presenters, brookside actors or jenny whatever her name is as 'experts' who the hell are they to advise me on my house purchase, why are people such idiots that they can't find their own damn house.
dislike cash in the attic- especially with jennie bloody bond on it- so patronising I would hit her with one of my not so valuable antiques!!! where do they find these houses stacked floor to ceiling with valuable antiques!!!
love bargain hunt especially when phillip serrell is on it.
they had a show recently that was called 'put your money' and all the so called experts had to invest their own money and try and make a profit over x amount of weeks- it was quite interesting to see who knew what they were doing.Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the world together."

Did anyone notice that Bianca Jackson still is wearing the same coat she used to wear before she left Easteneders about a million years ago.
(please forgive me, my husband is away and I have no-one adult to talk to. Can you tell? I don't even watch Eastenders anymore)Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
