Come on, name and shame, it does seem extraordinary that your LA let this go so far, you would think that they would have some idea at least about what they should be doing. They should have asked for some advice when they received your last letter or when they received the summons but not to have replied at all is awful or if they thought they did not have a defence just admit the claim and pay it

Thanks for all the supportive messages. I still can't believe quite how easy it was and the money is in the account. If I think how long it would take me to save £3k, well, wow.
Morgan Randall were the agency, the most incompetent organisation I have ever come across and I'm sure many others could make a similar case against them.
