Speed Auction TV throughout April are having £1 Megadrop Madness days. This is where items drop to just £1 without warning.
You can find speed auction tv on Virgin TV 746 and Sky 655.
I have had quite a lot of things from Speed Auction, Bid TV, and Price Drop, over the years and have been happy with what I have bought. I've managed to buy several items for £1 on previous megadrop days.
Remember to take the postage costs into account before buying.

I used to watch these channels when i was bored as i liked to see the selling prices etc until one day i saw the same presenter doing a "live" auction on 2 sister channels for 2 different products, at the same time!
ie the whole bidding process etc seems to be a sham and they sell at a price they are happy with.
So £1 + excessivephone charge + excessive postage is probably all the items are worthTreat everyday as your last one on earth, and one day you will be right!0 -

The auctions are live but the presenters are recorded, that's why they never mention the current price of the item. But the actual bids are live.
I never bid by phone because of the £1.50 charge, I place my bids online. But at the moment Speed Auctions site is not online because they have changed the format (prices drop instead of going up) so the site has to be redone.
There are some excellent bargains on there, and some not so good, it's just a matter of using a bit of common sense before placing a bid. I have had some very good deals from them, including three shirts for a quid, two regatta fleeces for a quid, a leather jacket for a quid, a him and hers watches for a quid, a handbag (for my daughter. lol) for a quid, and quite a few other items. I bought my grandson a telescope for xmas off Speed Auctions for just £17.99 and the best price that I could find the exact telescope online was £99 (although Speed Auctions quoted it's normal price to be £149.99). All those were plus £7.99 postage, but they were still good bargains.
Like I said, you just have to use a bit of common sense before you bid.0
