please help me, reliable collections ltd

Hi guys would really appreciate your help.. (sorry for long post)
i had a catologue with simply be for years but couldnt afford my monthly payments..
they passed me over to their debt team called *reliable collections ltd*.
what happened is,i pay my debts using standing order, and i switched bank accounts in jan, i sent them £40 from my new account and then £10 from my old account for febs payment (total £50 a month min payment). the £40 got to them in time but the £10 was a day later the day my next statement was due, so they charged me £12 admin charge, i called them up and the lady i spoke to was lovely she took it off...
febs statement i noticed £12 refunded then another £12 admin charge added, so i rang up again and spoke to a man, (wish i got his name now) and he said becuase i didnt pay the minimum i explained 2 bank accounts left bank same time got to you day later and i spoke to lady etc and she took it off now its added again he said he will not take it off etc, so left at that..
then marches statement has come through now and yes that £12 is still on there and so is £47.57 credit charge? (which catolouge used to charge every month hence why i requested their sister company to have my account froze).. balance was £2378.07 now its £2427.64? So i rang them up again, spoke to another gentleman who kindly took the £12 admin charge off (apparently) but couldnt see the £47.57 credit charge and that my balance was now £2416.64?
here is the break down..
CHARGES CREDIT BALANCE
opening balance: £2378.07
23 feb/ payment: £10.00 £2368.07
4 th march/ admin charge: £12.00 £2380.07
22 march/ credit charge: £47.57 £2427.64
when i spoke to the last customer service he told me he credited the £12 charge and my balance oweing now is £2415.64p ? BUT why have they added this credit charge? he doesnt seem to know about it, told me he was the account manager and can assure me nothing has been added, ITS RIGHT IN FROUNT OF ME!!! i kept saying my balance gone up blah blah and he kept mentioning the admin charge of £12 i am like £12 does not make my balance go up this amount.. banging my head againt a brick wall i said thankyou good bye..
please help what do i do?

Are you wanting to dispute the £47 credit charge?
When did you originally take out the catalogue?

had the catolouge for about 10 years seriousley!
yes i am disputing this credit charge its rediculous.. the catolouge used to charge this hence why i requested my account to be froze so no further charges would be added.. went over the reliable collections mid last year never happened before.. so why now? and the fact they denying adding it.. yet i have all my statements here and it has been added.. i am fuming!! they not listening to me..

I don't understand what you mean by 'hence why I requested their sister company to have my account frozen'. Simply Be don't offer interest free credit, there is a charge each month which is calculated according to how much you owe. £47 sounds about right on the balance you have. What sister company are you referring to?
Have you made a request for the interest/charges to be frozen?

yes beanie to have my account frozen they passed me over to what they call their sister company reliable collections ltd.... been with them since middle of last year.. never been charged credit charge before..(only with the catologue company)0

Not sure if it works with catologues or collection agencies but I know I had interest stopped on a credit card a few years ago as I was waiting for an insurance payment so I could pay the lot in full, the payment arrived so I paid it off but it was over a holiday so took ages to get added to the card so they charged me £30 for not paying and interest on the amount which I didnt know about. When my statement came I called and explained and they checked my records and took both off. They said interest had started again because when I missed a payment, by a day, I defaulted our agreement sp the terms went back to the original.
Its worth looking in to if they have started charging you interest again permanently because of this, if so with a bit of pressure Im sure they will change it.

To whoever is collecting/demanding the repayments. They have a legal duty to pass the request on and comply with it.
It's up to you if you want to do that, but if they can't produce a valid/enforceable agreement then at the very least it gives you a better bargaining position.

I have been having problems with reliable collection for years over money they say I owe I have told them I cannot pay it and what can they do to help me. They told me they can do nothing so I have to pay I said what with brass buttons and put the phone down they now ring me everyday starting at 8am and go through to 10pm I just ignore them and put the phone down.0
