Orange refund policy

I migrated from Orange to O2 at the end of February. I've just discovered that Orange have taken another month's payment!

My payment used to be taken on the 17th of each month, and according to customer services I have to wait until this date before the refund is actioned. Is this normal practise?

As you can imagine I'm not very happy, why should I have to wait 15 days for a payment they shouldn't have taken gggrrrr.:mad: :mad: :mad:
