vodafone - internet on my bill

i found a data thing on my mobile bill last month (the month before, there was insurance on it that i'd not asked for.

i called them to sort out my tariff and also to ask them to take data/internet thing off , £7.50 a month for 120mb, and i'm using 10mb per month max. i asked them to give me my money back and they said no because i'd used some of the internet. i didnt even ask for that bundle to be put on!!

surely i didnt ask for it and therefore should be reimbursed for what i did not use?

thing is, they always refund it on your next bill, not into your bank! i hate that.

If you're using 10 MB, that's probably quite a cheap option for it. Otherwise, without a package price, they might charge £3 or £5 per MB

Actually the standard rate on Vodafone these days is £1 per day up to 15mb, so it probably would have been a few quid cheaper.
