£10 seems fair given the added admin work involved in his behaviour including admin time, bank fees, infastructure, any outsourcing involved

Saying that - I feel for the OP losing £10 but if the OP is only a casual fan, surely they must understand that season ticket holders (ie paying their money up front as they come to the matches week after week) should get first dibs on tickets for important matches such as this0
