This has popped up on Moneyfacts.
Availabled from 7/4/08:
6.25% AER (annual interest), 6.22% AER (monthly interest, 6.05% gross)
30 day notice account
Rate guarantee: base rate until 30/6/2010 (doesn't apply to monthly option)
Operate by branch/phone/post
Minimum investment £1 (£100 for phone option)
Maximum investment £39600
Transfers in allowed
Transfers out allowed with 30 day notice or loss
Further deposits whilst Issue remains open.
Has anyone any other details? Dunfermline has a 'Guaranteed 30 (Issue 2)' on their website but that looks like a savings account not an ISA.

They also have a one-year (expires 31/5/09) 6.15% fixed rate ISA according to Moneyfacts which isn't on the website (180 day penalty on withdrawals before the term).0 -
