Ola!!
Ok ,have now been looking at dresses which is a minefield but having had a peek at paddingtondoos dress i am feeling a bit better about the whole thing.
Everyone keeps on about when and where am i getting it, but to be honest there is so much else going on i have little time to sort it out at the moment..
and although i'm not a big girl i would like to shift a stubborn half a stone really before i have to face measuring up.
anyone else in the same boat??, maybe we could all spur each other on with nice messages and words of encouragement...

I'm trying to shift some weight too princess but a bit more than half a stone... I've bought my dress now, it's ex-display and fits but would benefit from me dropping a couple of inches too... So if I lose some it will look good, if I don't it will look fine (with a little jacket over the top!) I started off with visions of dropping 5 stone and having a tiny waist and clingy dress but the reality of it is, I lost nearly a stone then put half of it back on over easter... Ever feel like your the size you're always gonna be? lol.A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

mine fits but would look better if I lost half a stone. Ive signed up to the tesco gi diet, and ive lost a whole pound, yipee!
I'm having a big but budget wedding, 100 people for wedding and reception bbq, and 250 for evening do. Splashed out on the bbq and a band for the evening. Everything else is budget except for my dress paid for by my mum. MiL is making bridesmaids dresses (10) and flowers, her sister is making the cake, her brother in law is doing the photos. Friends and relatives are doing the food for the evening buffet. Ive still gone way over the original budget!
The best bit is we are having 4 nights away in a log cabin in Wiltshire with no kids! My eldest son is autistic and the little one has arthritis so we get no time to ourselves ever, and have never been away by ourselves. I can't wait! With Sparkles! :happylove And Shiny Things!0 -

I picked my dress up today!! Nearly got it for £100 cheaper but I put my foot in it... never mind, it's still less than half what I was planning on spending on a dress!
Was really tempted to try it on... but had no one to help with the zip lol.A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Well, its the weekend...
I hope all the lovely brides to be have not indulged in too much chocolate, curry, and alcohol just because its the weekend...
I have been tempted but have succumbed only twice, you see, the oreo cookies in sainsburys are half price and are down to 37p a pack (bargain for all mse)... so rather than scoff the whole lot i've had 2 and stopped...ooh get me!!
Theres will power for you...
I am drinking shed loads of water so if there is a drought this summer it will be my fault, (apologies in advance)..
anyway how is everyone else doing?? I think I am gonna leave buying my dress for one more month and if i'm not slimmer then thats it, I will just get it If anyone else tells me I am running out of time I will go completely bonkers.
19 weeks to go...
AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
KEEP GOING GANG we are all doing well...
