Hi, I don't know if this has been done before,
but I think it would be a nice idea to start a thread with recipies that we use, & know they work. It could be anything from basic cakes to curries. The only thing it needs to be is MS!!!!!!
Heres one to start!
Lemon Maderia
4oz marg
4oz sugar
2 eggs
1oz ground almonds
heaped tablespoon lemon curd
4 oz SR flour
grated rind lemon.
Method
Beat marg & sugar, add eggs, lemon curd.
Mix flour, almonds, add to mixture, + lemon rind.
Bake 325c for 50-60mins. Turn out of tin
Whilst hot pour over mixture of lemon juice & 2oz sugar. Enjoy!!!
Sorry, don't know the conversion for gas temps.
