That's why I closed my account with them, one of the girls was so rude, she said it's lunchtime we don't take deposits, I asked what her job was, why she was then sat at the counter and that maybe, oh just maybe she could get me a closure form. Any particular reason? she asked.
I'm going to get a stack of those forms for use tomorrow!:rotfl:
How dare customers come into my branch at lunchtime and expect to get served. :rotfl:

i couldnt close my accounts they came up with three different excuses .
1, cardcash has o/s transactions
2. need id as card isnt enough so got id
3. couldnt close acount in person had to ring up and do it .
they were so rude and three members of staff gave three different peices of information.
One account i have happens to be joint with my mother i was told id need the passbook to close aco!!!! . i said i have lost it and could i get it replaced to whihc the numpty and branch manager informed me no i would have to close the account and re-open . But i couldnt close the account without the passbook
Logic failed so im going to leave this stupid account doing nothing
