With bad Credit!
We are looking to open up a second shop where we live and have seen the ideal one to rent, the only trouble is we have bad credit rating (on a DMP)and I feel we are going to miss out on it if they (commercial agents) run a credit check on us.
Our first shop will more than pay for the running costs of the second shop. our current shop we had no problem as the owner did'nt do a check and we have been there 4 years now without any bother.
sorry if this is in the wrong section as it's work related, just going to view the shop tomorrow at 12 and would like some advice if anyone has any.

Once you have paid off your debts in full, I wouldn't have thought there would be a problem in renting the second shop as long as your business is as profitable as you say.
