Redten Internet Problems

As we are all aware Redten Internet have been experiencing massive problems of late, which include (but not limited to) failure to supply an Internet connects for almost two weeks. Failure to notify customers of problems until two days before they were due to be rectified. Failure to respond to customer complaints whether by e-mail or 'phone. In most instances they do not even answer their 'phone. Recently I had to return my pc for warranty repair, this was returned on the 24th Feb, was susbsequently 'lost' in their system, we spent a small fortune on 'phone calls trying to get info to no avail. When we finally got to speak with a person we were told we would have a new computer sent to us, only one day after to be then advised they had found our computer and that it would be repaird and returned to us. It finally arrived back here on 25th March, and althou initally conected to the Internet, it soon rebooted itself of no accored and now will not start up. We have tried for a week to get hold of anyone by several 'phone call and e-mails, but again with no reponse.

I believe that they are in breach of contract as they are not supplying a service for which we are paying for, and that we may have the right to terminate the contract. We have contacted the finance company involved in the lease of the service, asking for clarification and assitance.

I would be grateful if anyone could offer advice.
