I think I have messed it up. Went via quidco and left the code in place, and it wasn't the same one as was on Martin's page.

I feel sick now, I wish I had never bothered, what a waste of my money.
I normally only bet £2 and would never have done it otherwise.

I think it should be made clear that if you go through quidco then the code won't be the same and you will lose your £25.

Very upset! I can't cancel the bets now either. I am just going to have to write the money off. Absolutely gutted.

I know . The same thing happened me too - I'm just hoping that there is more than one working code. Once I got through to the betfair site I clicked on the free £25 advert and it just put me through to that form with the code already entered. I think it's really off if it doesn't go through and I will not be a happy bunny at all. I wouldn't have bet at all normally. On the plus side the quidco £ has tracked so even if the betfair £ doesn't go through it will even the loss out.

I used the quidco code and got both £50 thru them and £25 back from betfair. Wait a while and see if it gets back in your betfair account.

I think I'm doing something really wrong now as cannot bet on the Quick Bet system - I just keep getting error on page when I try and submit the bets...... any ideas?????

try it without using the quick bet system

go to horse racing todays card > aint 16.15 and place you bets in either win or place or both

Lay means that you are acting as the bookie, and taking bets from others.

Back means you are the punter.

You need to BACK not lay.
