I have backed them but wanna do them e/w so don't I have to lay them?

    laying horses is totally different.

for an each way bet on betfair place some money on the to win market and some on the to be placed market (2 bets per horse)

or use the national quick bet at the top of the page

I know . The same thing happened me too - I'm just hoping that there is more than one working code. Once I got through to the betfair site I clicked on the free £25 advert and it just put me through to that form with the code already entered. I think it's really off if it doesn't go through and I will not be a happy bunny at all. I wouldn't have bet at all normally. On the plus side the quidco £ has tracked so even if the betfair £ doesn't go through it will even the loss out.

Both codes - Martin's one and the Betfair CLT one - are working codes.

Lay means that you are acting as the bookie, and taking bets from others.

Back means you are the punter.

You need to BACK not lay.

You want BLUE boxes not purple!
obviously you cant place that as you only have £25
you want it to say " you are betting FOR --

anyone know what is the last time you can place a bet?

I imagine it is almost right up till the race starts? OH is out at football and won't be back till about 3pm! Don't want him to miss out!
