It doesnt matter too much as long as you get verified before you withdraw - looks like they are inundated with people taking up the offer so give them some time.

That's good to know then jessicamb ... at least my bet is on then. I might just wait a few days until I send an e-mail to them to verify my age.

I heard about a day on this thread.

Mind me asking what time you put your bets in? Just wondered how quick your cash back was :rolleyes:

Betfair's senior press officer has confirmed to us that, "As soon as £25 worth of bets are bet on a new account on Betfair, we will credit that account with £25" and that the money can then be withdrawn. Read the full T&Cs for this offer.

so yes you should be able to bet another £15

Boyfriend registered with his Switch/Maestro card about midnight - so it's a lucky dip on whether he gets the £50 or £30 from them but his hasn't tracked yet.
His ID has to be verified too, we have emailled with the attachment - however there is also another option in "My Account" then "MyProfile" where you can upload the ID required, so he's now done both - hopefully the upload one will be done quicker.
It's now been over an hour of it still requiring the ID - so I assume they are either in a backlog of removing this "option" as people have suggested it goes after about 15 mins or so - or they are doing checks on Maestro holders too.

Also his Quidco hasn't tracked either - he's not too impressed with the situation - after I boasted last night of being tracked straight away and having been able to withdraw my funds from Betfair this morning
Win some lose some - but I reckon it's more the inundated with new applications thats causing the delay.
