Sorry to be a pain, but is an UNMATCHED bet still a bet or is it not complete until it is MATCHED. I have not got a clue and am wanting to go to bed.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I called them when my visa debit came up saying verify. The chap said no need with this card or a credit card. Just give their system a chance to catch up, 10,15 minutes and it stops asking you to verify. It just while it is doing it's checks automatically. Sounded like it does a credit check.

Its not complete until it is matched.

If you want to get your bet matched off so you can go to bed then you can take a lower price - in the "my bets" tab on the right hand side you will see the unmatched part. Reduce the back odds to the amount available in the blue box and click ok.

    Hello experts, please help me!!
I joined betfair and placed my bets fine.
I rang my Mum and told her to do it, she had no end of trouble getting her details in (more to do with her than the systems I think!).
Well anyway it is now asking for the proof of age thing, she does not have a credit card.
Would scanning her passport and e-mailing them get verified for tonight?(And no, she doesn't know how to do that either...), Or, will she get the £25 back they have taken?
Thanks in advance for any advice

Sending a copy of ID will be enough to get you verified.
I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something

Do you have a digital camera? You can take a picture of your ID and send it to them. It needs to be a clear picture though.

Well well well! I have just placed my first bets ever, and it seems to have gone smoothly as all my bets show "matched". :T

I also went through Quidco (first time ever too! lol) and it shows £50 tracked!

Does this mean they will for sure transfer £50 onto my bank account? I have chosen BACS as method of payment. Sorry, I'm a newbie to both betting and using Quidco!

Are you sure this will be ok as i would really spend £25 of my own money on this sort of thing but with this great offer its very tempting but i have no way of proving my age other than digital photo
