Free £25 Grand National bet

I have just signed up and placed some bets but feel (even though I am very naive) that it is really difficult to follow.

I put bets on horses that I have found out arent running and while I was signed in I rang the helpline to try to change them. The 'advice' I was given was to spend more on other horses to try and re coup the money lost betting on duff horses so please beware.:mad:

hi very new to this sort of betting but I followed the instructions yesterday and picked the gee gees I wanted totalling £25, anyway it tracked through quidco fine. On checking betfair this morning I still have the £25 in the account but no sign of my bets, I went through my account and then current bets and I cant find them.

silly me I found them they were in match betting whatever that is lol,
so they have already put the £25 back into my account.

Just opened an account by following the instructions. I am totally new to this but can only find how to place a win bet on the Grand National. Anybody now how to bet each way on Betfair or is it a win only option? Thanks in advance.

just been reading this in the gambling section and it says got to grand national tbf down the left hand side.
I couldnt find it either so have all win bets.

Some people on the referrers board are offering referal money also.

Quidco took about 4 months for me!

Betfair isn't a bookmaker. It is a betting exchange - you are betting against other people who are laying those prices

For those wishing to make an each way bet, you actually need to make two bets.

For the Grand National, you will see there are more than one market. You need to place one bet on the Win market and another on the TBP (To be placed market). This will give you your E/W bet.

Hmmmm...can't seem to find betfair on Quidco. Have searched for 'betfair' and also looked in the gambling section. Is it just me being an idiot?

Look at your settings, and unclick 'don't receive gambling sites' or something like that. I did the same thing, mine has now tracked using Martins code. HTH

I have just signed up for this... I had to do a £2 age verification thing and then I deposited the £25.

Do I need to now bet the full £25 ? in order to get the free £25 :S

And on another note, I'm not so knowledgeable when it comes to horse racing whats the best thing to look out for with a winning horse? I always go for the uniform heh but not sure it's such a good strategy
