    I am so mad! I received an email from Quidco on Friday (just prior to seeing Martin's post) inviting me to register with Betfair for £50 cashback. I clicked the link which took me to the Betfair link and, as I am always logged into Quidco, went to Betfiar, opened an account and put £10 in the account and bet on GN. As it hadn't been tracked by Monday morning I entered a query and they are saying that they can't trace my click from their site to Betfair.

I've been back and forwards with Quidco today about this but no luck - they just say they can't track. Presumably they can see that I clicked on their email link and that the Betfair account was opened minutes later but they just don't want to know. I just wondered if anyone else had had this problem?

"cashback is not a guarantee only a possibility" in this case seeing as you were getting something for nout, i wouldn't worry too much! annoying yes, but you haven't lost any money!

Amanda - you say you are always logged into quidco, do you clear your cookies everytime you click through with quidco?

also make sure u clear cookies be4 loggin into quidco and going through, as if you've clicked through on a different site, e.g. topcashback you will find your topcashback has £25 instead of quidco's £50.
I only joined quidco as they had this deal that beats top's even with admin fee :D. Now i have a selection of sites to cashback on .

Note: Thanks for submitting your enquiry. We're going to hold it on ice for two weeks just to make absolutely sure that it does not track in normally. If it does appear in your normal transaction list while in this status please mark this enquiry "Deleted"! The next status is called "Being Processed" which is when we take your enquiry off ice and review it to make sure you have the right info entered. When this happens we will send you another ticket update message.

I also got that response about my enquiry being on ice. All we can do is wait and see I guess.

At the risk of sounding really dumb - I don't know  All I know is that when I go into Quidco I am always signed in (and am when I link from one of their email blog messages, which is what I did in this instance)

And I know that I haven't lost 'real' money - but I feel like I have

Happened with tesco £5 sign-up for me, had enquiry for ages now, and all my dealings with aktive8. The info has been passed onto them but they nvr reply.
