Placed two £25 bets earlier today, one for me and my husband, free bets with betfair, however I not very happy as on Martins email it stated that you only needed to confirm id if you used a solo or electro card. I find out after we placed bets, that we needed to confirm id even though we used visa cards, now it is an absolute pain as we have to forward various documents ie. driving licence etc. proof of address and so on, to betfair and have them certified by doctor/solicitor etc. I would NEVER have placed bets if I had known this. Sorry Martin but I think this tip from you was misleading, has anyone else had this problem???0

how do you know when you have received the £25 back from betfair??? sorry to sound abit dense but do they put it back on to my Debit card or does it show up in the betfair account??? Picked the winner today and got a return so hopefully will get the £25 back and I went through quidco......thanks Martin'Normal' is a dryer setting.0

Hi
thanks for that reply misscool i am wondering if they will have taken the money from my card before i confirmed my age or not. Surely if they need to confirm that I am 18 they won't have debited the money from my card anyway. If they haven't then I have no need to confirm my age as I don't want an account anyway.
thanks

I had 3 of the first 5 coming to the last; ended up with 3, 4 & 5 not a big win bur a tidy gain of just over £30.
Thanks for all the tips and IF the Quidco money transpires I'll end up over £80 to the good. Not bad for nothing!0 -

I like it how when you register they ask for your phone number and state it will only ever be used to contact me if they have to about my account.
Less than 24hrs later and I get my first spam text from them.0
