    Hi,
i have just recieved and email about the free online bet for the grand national which says that i have to confirm my age. Will they have taken the £25 before this email was sent because if not i will just ignore it and close the account since i don't know how to bet, as anyone who saw my requests for help in setting this up will testify!!! If they have gone ahead with the bet and used my £25 i will verify it in order to claim it back. I have looked on "My Account" on their site but there is no record of the money ever having been there. It was saying that i had £25 in the account when i first set it up.
    Hope that this makes sense.
    Thanks

they could still want the ID before letting you withdraw even if you didnt bet

I have no idea what you are asking or really what you are trying to achieve. If they have asked for age verification, a quick scan (or a good digital photo) of either your passport or driver's license will suffice.

If you have already entered your card details on the website and pressed deposit then you will already have the £25 credited to your betting account.

If you have already bet, then the bet will be settled.

If you need to withdraw, you will need to send them age verification to do so.

I hope one of them answers what you were trying to ask.
