This is what TVL would like you to believe, one born everyday.

I have already said that I believe that the licence fee is value for money, you have said that you do not.

Ergo your statement previously is not factual, merely an opinion

Now stop posting silly comments when you know that I or anybody else is not going to get rid of a TV because we are forced to subsidise your viewing pleasure by paying for something I never use, well I would pay for it if I agreed with it, so I shall let you pay for it and fuel the vans that TVL whizz around in.

    :rotfl: :rotfl:

More than happy to pay for it, no one forces me. I do so willingly as I think it is splendid value for money

we all pay for both BBC and ITV irrespective of whether we watch it or not.
Just because some consumers pay for ITV indirectly by buying a product doesn't mean "we all pay". There are tens of thousands of retailers and manufacturers who survive without the expense of advertising on TV.

The usual sales pitch I see which equates too "It's alright for me so everyone else should be happy subsidising me"

Education is for our childrens future and the countries future taxpayers & the military is our countries defence but YOUR TV is NOTHING

So would you be happy for it to go subscription so only YOU and the rest of the people who want it pay for it...........No thought not so it's only grate when everyone else is forced to contribute to it

It's you and you're friends being rude by expecting everyone to contribute towards what you watch on TV !

Back to what I said earlier in this thread about the BBC being the Nazis and TV Licensing being the SS.

The BBC must be proud of you

It's a fact that every public opinion poll (including the one here) has shown a clear majority want an end to your beloved BBC TV Licence ;)

Now why don't you be honest enough to admit it's value for money for YOU because millions of people are forced to subsidise it for YOU

But then you'd get sacked if you didn't pay for it :rotfl: Say do BBC employee's get discounts ?

Most in the business already know that advertising can reduce the cost of goods but the BBC people refuse to admit this so we agreed to disagree.

This all comes down to the BBC people being plain arrogant & selfish because they expect everyone to pay towards Eastenders

    I am reporting this post.

I do not want this thread closed down but I find it offensive that you call people who work for the BBC Nazis, and if I worked for the BBC I would find it even more offensive.

But as I said before I do not work for the BBC, but for some reason you have great difficulty in understanding that. I don't know why but perhaps you have learning difficulties or are blind to the fact that not everyone who disagrees with you is an employee of the BBC or their subsidiaries.

It is not my beloved licence - it is a licence which I am obliged to pay - I think it is good value for money.

And I told you I find the BBC offensive and if I wish to compare the BBC with the Nazi and the TV Licensing with the SS it is my right. I find the way you object to this just proves me right in my suspcisions that you do work at the BBC ;) (trying to stop free speech)

You can have all the opinions you want but I do find some of them offensive and as per the guidelines of this board I can report them.

Whether anything is done about it is another matter.

Suspect all you like but you would make a rotten detective - I do not work for the BBC.

Well you yourself before said I can't have my opinions if they upset a BBC employee. Look in your history books and see what would happen if you objected to what the Nazis said Mr BBC

Watch out for that paranoia now - can't be good for your health.

    I am not pretending anything.
