Our warm air heating is not working and i wondering if i should apply for the renovation grant from the council , whereby they come and access if the warm air heating is not working properly and is unsuitable for use and is generally unsafe to use.Just need to know if anyone has used it before and what are the pros and cons, heard that the grant is payable back if house is sold.thanks

Iknow they do give grants, where2, and available to everyone, tho they have been known to run out of funds at the end of the year, like now. My landlord brother has just received a £10,000 grant for various things but had to jump through the hoops.
