Its now nearly a month since I have had broadband. I phoned up my old old ISP to cancel the anytime, that I had used previously. I had an eamil saying they are taking another months charge. I queried this and was told the money is outstanding.
I cant remember the ins and out of the Tand C when I started with tescos, but I doubt they would let me use it and pay in arrears, therefor this is a disconection charge Is this usual?

No there isn't.
If you are unsure of arrears, I would ring up and ask and complain.
Say you weren't told of any further charges to be made and quite angered at them. See what they do

This would probably be 30 days notice that was in the original contract. (Before you start getting angry with them!)
