i have just done system restore and its gone ten times worse. i keep getting a pop up from limewire a music downloasd site which i have uninstalled think the problem started when my other half tried downloading something on there0

Waht id do is download a copy of anti virus, a spyware and a firewall onto a cd or a usb stick and then disconnect form the internet and run the anti virus and spyware as well as a defrag, id also remove any programs which you dont need/useNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20
