Hi thinking of having my broadband & phone together if its worthwhile? My broadband is with 'Plusnet' of which provide an excellent service with no problems.
Just wondered if any one used BT's as they seem to come out top on comparison sites. Never rated likes of Tiscali & AOL's broadband, any comments very welcome.
Don't want to compromise my broadband service just to save a few pounds with a talk plan as well.
Appreciate any help
thx

did I read on the e-mail update that talk talk were doing £15 a month at the moment for phone and broadband? I am also looking for a telephone and internet deal at the moment so would be interested in any advice you get. I was with talk talk for telephone only in my previous home and had no problems whatsoever then........
Any other thoughts form anyone?Flugellover0 -

yeah Joe2cool - bills were clear, and cheaper for me than I had been paying with BT. Customer service were good when I had to use them - which was rarely. I would definately consider using them again.Flugellover0

@joe2cool
Why don't you try PlusNet's own phone deal if you're already with them? They've a couple of decent packages (I use their phone and have had absolutely no problems and you get the same level of customer service that you get with their broadband). Also, you're not restricted to the broadband/phone packages on their website. You can mix 'n' match any broadband package (current or a legacy package if that's what your're on) with any phone package.
One thing to watch if you move to TalkTalk for phone and line rental is if you're on an unbundled exchange they have a habit of moving your connection to their equipment meaning that you'll only be able to get broadband from them.0 -
