Is this post a wind up:confused: He/She doesnt seem sure of whether he/she is husband/wife. Moans about paying money for kids but spends more money trying to have more kids.

Apologies if it is for real but the posts seem to contradict each other.

I would say it's a perfectly reasonable question if weighted slightly by the personal issues with his ex which he is trying to keep out of the picture.... not to mention some replies being tainted by their own father-less experiences, not really relevent to the question.... c'mon guys!

I think OP needs to look into what extra money they would be entitled to and get a clearer picture, as they would be entitled to tax credits, must get family allowance, and doesn't say if current OH works either. Is this an option.

Unless of course OP was just having a rant and it was all hypothetical questions?! If you really want help to work out how you could cope, and you really want to work then elaborate hun.

I would normally agree with you here but I dont think this particular OP is for real, especially as in previous posts he has a "lovely husband" & is spending money on IVF treatment for more children??

hi, im married to the most caring man in the world, he has 4 daughters 21yrs, 19yrs, 17yrs and 9yrs, he basically brought them up until he could no longer put up with his exes infidelity. long story short. i met my husband a while after they divorced but find myself with the ex from hell. anyway my husband dotes on his girls but shes got her evil paws him. he told me she said when they spilt up 'i'll make sure u lose yours daughters'. well what do u know, there fearful to come over. we spent over £800 on them 4 christmas but weve never seen them, all there presents are still wrapped up in the girls room weve made for when hopefully we see at least the littel one. last year all 3 older girls came over apparantly the little one was crying to come to but she wouldnt let her, any way the oldest one last xmas i dropped her off round the corner from her mums with gifts, i came back home to get her other sisters to bring them bk 2 the same place but the older one was standing there in a back allyway with her son who was only 12 weeks old crying in the drizzling rain she told me that her mother had punched her in the head for seeing us all this whilst holding her new baby. we skint ourselves all the time and are low incomes working as cleaners if truth be told, anyway what we want to know is what is the threashold, how much can we earn and still claim legal aid, as weve been trying 4 the littel one for so long now. any advice would be greatfully recievecd and i have to say thanks beforehand as i know u are all good.

OH MY GOD! WHY DID I BOTHER EVEN DEFENDING THIS PERSON! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

How very very strange ... why do people come on here and post silly things like this when you can clearly see they were posting as a different person earlier on! Weird.

husband and wife using the same id - this would explain the reference to wife + husband.

the link is from a post in 2006 - time to have two children together in that time
the quote is from jan 2007 - their work situation could have changed.

this was posted early this morning + contradicts them seeing their kids once a month:confused:
when ex wife has moved away and hasnt told me where my kids are they wont talk to me due to parental alienation, so thats not an option, how do i track them down ? p.s. there has been no abuse toward any party involved in any meaning of the word.

if it is genuine - the csa add up the total household income - theres a protected amount of income - out of whats left theyll take some for current maintenance payments and a percentage of whats left for arrears.

you will be better off working.
