Icesave - How secure are we?

I know its unlikely, but after the hassle with Northern Rock do people feel worried about this comment regarding Icesave

"It is important to be aware, Icesave, unlike some foreign banks, hasn’t chosen to be completely protected under the UK's Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and thus if, in the unlikely event that it were to go bust, getting the money back could be more difficult"

?

Also, one questions regarding cash isa's is there a total limit you can hold in your ISA account? I know you can only put in £3k a year (Soon to be £3.6) but is there a total limit you're allowed in there? Thanks
