Declined O2 Simplicity

Hello,
I called into an O2 store at the weekend to switch from T-Mobile PAYG to £15 simplicity O2.
When she did the credit check it was declined and she told me to write to Equifax.
I have lived in my own apartment for 4 months. i have a mortgage and 2 credit cards which i pay in full each month.
Any ideas? If i write to Equifax will they be able to overide the decision?
Thanks

Equifax cannot override O2's decision directly, no.

If you contact Equifax they will supply you with the same information that they supplied O2, and if there are any mistakes on that then you will have to contact the organisations responsible for putting them there etc.
