If It Is For A Past Period, Is Shouldnt Actually Close The Claim, But They Do Take Wtc Into Account As Income, So Usually Raise An Over Payment For Any Time You Also Recieved Income Support During Wtc Run On Periods
Thanks to all who post comps :T

I received my Giro's today, got a letter last week saying i'd get the money on the 23rd, so it's actually a day early!
I've stopped claiming IS as me fella has moved in now so will take the letter to JCP and see what happened from there.
    :j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j
  • Well 1st may today and i still dont expect to recieve anything in the post whenever i ring i simply get " We cant give you a time scale" I think now its time to take matters into my own hand and a written letter of complaint will be sent to preston.
  • If you havent received the WTC Run On Payment within a month of the date specified on the letter you should call up and tell them you want a TC241 (Missing GIRO form).
Tell them you would like to know the amount that was due and if possibe the serial number of the GIRO as this information is required to report it as missing.

If they refuse to issue the form speak to a T/L. They shouldnt refuse as you must be issued with this if requested.
