Val4xx who set up the thread is very helpful if you have any queries.

I've already been in that one, it's help for newbie members. I was meaning a challenge thread, but haven't been able to find the Amazon Sellers Challenge yet - I keep getting sidetracked. :rotfl:
Jumble_Bee, you have a greenhouse?! I'm jealous, now
Make the most of it and you could beat the summer blues with regards to the reported tomato price increase. And don't let me see you on here before sunset!I reserve the right not to spend.

Oh, sorry. I didn't know there was an Amazon Sellers Challenge thread, there is the thread called "Selling Your Stuff on Amazon Part 11" and we used to set our monthly challenges there. But since Apprentice Tycoon 'left' the thread it has not been so active and members aren't setting challenges anymore.
If you do find another Amazon Challenge thread I would be interested, also in an Ebid Challenge thread. Anything to get me into gear. I have a garage full of second hand books waiting to be listed, and they have been there since Christmas when I hurt my arm and couldn't do any heavy lifting - but I'm better now....

15 broccoli seeds here now, 9 to go for a full house! And I really think they may be 2 little lettuces coming up; just wondering where the others are? I replanted pepper seeds yesterday - I gave up on my others too early, convinced they weren't going to grow, and when I got round to disposing of them, they had sprouted nicely but were by then covered in mould! Round 2 then!
Had a lovely walk along the river today and a picnic, even talked about marriage :j and of course our dream houseJust had a little cat nap with the kitten and am now printing off some recipes for our batch baking session.
Well done on reactivating your Ebid FFM, hope you sell something soon. My Ebay is finishing in a couple of hours! :TThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Sounds like you had a lovely afternoon Bails. You'll have to invite us all to your wedding :j
My day has been punctuated by chatting on here, cooking rolls for lunch (they turned out good - OH kept saying they were the best yet), marble cake for tea (DS loves his chocolate - can't think where he gets that from:o ) and iced buns (not yet iced), and dithering about listing all the items OH has photographed for me.
I'm now going through the reviewing process as to whether to list on Amazon, Ebay or Ebid. Ebay good for a quick sale - usually a lower price and fees up front, Amazon slower sale but sometimes a better price no up front fees and Ebid - painfully slow, no listing or fvf and feels like a huge achievement when something does sell.

I very nearly had an expensive day yesterday. I went shopping for some hiking boots so I can walk to work, and for my hols in August. Almost bought a pair in Blacks for £60... then decided that would be the rest of my budget for the month gone, so went off to think about it.... discovered Millets (haven't been in Swindon long, not sure where all the shops are!) and found the perfect pair reduced to £17.50 because they didn't have a box :T
It'll take a few days to get a key for the back gate but I should be walking into work from the end of the week, saving plenty on petrol not to mention wear and tear on my car :j I should get really fit from the steep hill too.
Today I went on an date and met a really lovely guy who I'd contacted online, tried plentyoffish after it was recommended on here! He bought the cup of tea so it was a NSD for me!Live on £11k in 20110 -
Yae, go Lynda! :T Several of my friends have met their other halves online, including one of my best firends who was very badly burnt by his last girlfriend - now he's proper loved up :j Great result on the boots too, and walking into work is fab! I can't wait til I can cycle to work again - will be a lot closer this time, 2 miles instead of 14!
I'm afraid you'll have to hang fire on the hats girls, it won't be happening any time soonBesides, how would we pay for it, even a frugal wedding? When the time comes I'll be enlisting all your help to make it as frugal as poss, then you can all come along too! :T
I'm about to sell a £125 dress on Ebay for £21.50 - think I may have a lot to learn about this Ebay lark, but hey, I guess it's still money I didn't have!The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

That'll mean you can join me in that part of the challenge too... my "2008 earn a grand on eBid" challenge :rotfl: Didn't I tell you my life was full of challenges? And these are just the fore-runners to 2009 and my first real attempt at financial self-sufficiency.
I just realised what you said, there, 750+ items relisted???? WOW! Well done! Hope you have seller+ membership. I'm off to start another thread, can't find a relevant one.
Edited in - Most of the threads I looked at were about eBay and any that have been started for eBid seem to be accused of being blatant advertising, or worse! I don't think I want to run a thread over there, some of the people don't seem too friendly when eBid gets mentioned. Hmm... anyone got any suggestions? I don't want kicked off MSEI reserve the right not to spend.
