I have also cancelled my account. I did loads of surveys then they "lost" all my money and after several emails they still didn't answer, so I know how you feel.
I never received a penny from them.
Ipsos
Lightspeed
These are both good for me. I am doing others but will stop as soon as I get to the level where I can get a voucher.0 -

Me too . My favourate one was Are you............, click yes. Sorry you dont qualify for this survey. There the ones who sent you the bloody survey
The other one was guarenteed £2 for this survey, then sorry you dont qualify.
I cancelled few weeks ago, when i had about £5 in account, last week they sent me a news letter when i am no longer a member saying i had £9 in my account
Talk about the blind leading the blind.
Any one thinking of joining think again, STAY WELL CLEAR0 -
I have been sent quite a few better paid ones recently, but I have been screened out of all of them! I was thinking of giving the product reviews on Ciao a go as these seem to be better paid. Has anyone done these?0

I gave up writing reviews about three years ago since you're earning pence at best.
I did have a thought in the bath last night about the 10p surveys (I do all my best thinking in the bath...). It might - MIGHT - be worth occasionally doing one if you've nothing better to do, as with most people thinking "oh, I can't be @rsed with this", the chances of winning the sweepstakes must go way up.
Still can't be bothered to earn 10p for a 60 minute survey, though
£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -
I have been a member since last year and do regular surveys, half way through every survey they kick me out and say "sorry but you did not meet our criteria", I have never earned a penny yet! Now I joined onepoll.com and have made £3.60 after 1 day.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

Same thing happened to me about a year ago. Spent ages on surveys only to be told half way through I didn't qualify! Eventually got trading standards involved but it was too much hassle in the end.. This company is a complete con.
Maybe MSE should highlight this in a sticky somewhere? As it does appear to be a problem for quite a few...0 -
same with one poll. Ive complained using their feedback form.:footie:0
