I'm an O2 Pay Monthly customer on a monthly contract and am trying to sign up to Bluebook, but I keep on getting an error saying that I'm not an O2 customer when I try and login using my O2 account login details that are tied to my bill?

Anyone else experiencing problems with this service?

There are some issues with it at the moment, have you tried deleting your cookies and temp internet files? also make sure you are typing in the o2 address into the address bar andnot from a bookmark etc :)

Seems to be working fine now.

Have been using it for a while, seems rather good (apart from the odd security hole, obviously)...

Yes, I've cleared my cookies and temp internet files and also tried it in firefox, but it still chucks up the same error.
