I just wanted some advice regarding transferring my isa.. i have just over £2k from this years ISA, and have realised that i am getting a pathetic rate of 3%.. I wish to move my ISA, from the new tax year commencing, i have seen 3 that seem to be very good, im just not sure which one to choose from, i have seen the Alliance and Leicester 6.25% and the Abbey 6.25% and the Icesave Isa.. im after the best rate for my money, if anyone has any of these accounts, comments would be appreciated, im not sure which one to go for.. Is the Icesave the better, reading martin's guidance, there seems to be no mention of the A&L and Abbey Isa accounts, so im not very sure what to do, as you can tell im not very good with finances.
I also will be getting a large chunk of cash shortly and will definately fill the isa with £3,600 within the next 3 months. Can anyone also recommend any good saving accounts (i don't mind fixed term accounts aswell - 1 year - preferably) and will probably have 1k as an opening balance for the new account.
Any help would be much appreicated.
