I bought some GHD straighteners from the mobile blue website in June. I ordered them on express delivery and it took them twice the length of time to arrive. Also, they broke after approximately a months use, they told me if i sent them back they would send me some new ones...and as all the rest of you have found...nothing has come back and the correspondance has stopped, i have emailed several times but have not received a single reply. Has anyone had any luck with their situation? Is there any way we can get our money back?!

Hi - my hubby bought me the GHD's from Mobile Blue & we had the same problem with them being counterfeit, in broken box etc so sent them back in May! Still haven't been able to get any response to our numerous emails, no idea what to do next, anyone had any luck getting a refund or can anyone advise how to proceed? Tried consumer direct but they couldn't really help as MB are not in the UK. (
