I used mobile blue to buy some hair straigteners for my OH they took 10 days to arrive and when they did arrive they were not new. I emailed and asked them to collect them and refund and they have so far offered for me to send them back for an exchange. I am worried that i will be stuck with the delivery cost so i am still in the process of communicating with them. I would avoid using again personally, but this could be a one off.

My sister has just had a bit of a to do with mobile blue. she ordered some hair straighteners a few weeks ago, and paid for them but they have not arrived. She has contacted them several times and they have said that she needs her confirmation e-mail... which they never sent to her, for them to be able to do anything. she told them she has a print out from when she bought them and her bank statement with proof that she has paid, but they have said that is not good enough and they will not send her another set or give her a refund.
So basically, do not use mobileblue.

and she is going to the ombudsman with it btw!

I bought some ghd's from mobile-blue, they arrived but they were fake and broken. I haven't been able to get any sense out of them either. They asked for my order confirmation after I'd emailed them twice! Then when I did send it I heard nothing back from them, I emailed them again and have still not heard anything back from them. I'm not expecting to hear anything, from what I can gather from this and other forums they seem to be con merchants! sorry! I think me and you sister have both lost out. :mad:

i bought a ghd from mobileblue 2months ago and have noticed now that it doesnt heat up properly!! have been trying to find them on the net again but there are gone! am quite annoyed!! :rolleyes: they don;t seemto be the real thing!!

I purchased a pair of GHD straighteners in April this year. They were Fake,Faulty and the box was damaged.

I have sent them back and emailed them about 15 times now, no reply no money back!!

These guys are not good news !! I am £90 down and still with no GHD!!!

I ordered PX 100 senniheiser from mobile-blue site and i was delivered a fake one. When i asked them about it, tey asked me to return it. But its been 6 months since I returned and with more than a dozen follow up mails.... i received no response. I am £25 down now !!!

I am trying by all means to get some news about this.

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY.THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
