Is there a phone that has outlook capabilities and good MP3 player?
Options
I really want an iPod for music (not masses of songs) - not sure if I can justify the spend on an iPod as I don't listen to music all the time.
Am also looking for something to repeat and diarise my clients financial/wages/vat/paye deadlines - and I don't always look at my laptop every day.
Need a new mobile phone/contract - on PAYG with Vodafone just now.
Is there a phone (reasonably priced- ie not the iPhone) - that could do 3 in one to a decent standard?

I think a blackberry pearl or N95 might have what you're after(google is your friend) They both have office capabilities and store music with sd memory cards. Both can be free with contracts and if you go online don't forget to go through quidco(google
) for cashback on your purchase.
Other then that get into town and go in a few phone shops to get the best deal but I would stay at home and do it online that way you make your own choice rather then being pushed into something by a pushy sales person0 -
You could use something like a Nokia 6300 or SonyEricsson K800 to do what you want. Both not the latest phones but available for between £60-£80.
If you account £10 -£15 for a 1gb memory card and £10 for a data cable for The nokia 6300 you can have everything you want for less than £100.
Both sync with outlook using the supplied Data Suite and the calender/notes functions work well.
The adantage with the K800i is that it is 3g for faster data speeds online, 3.2mp camera and is supplied with Data Cable.
With both phones you can access Pop3 email so no need for Blackberry, just a data package.
Also buy from someone who gives quality advice, help, support and after sales backup rather than the best deal on the web.
Doesn't service mean anything nowadays.0 -
nokia e51 or 6120 are a good bet - both 3g (E51 has wifi too); I have both of these phones and they as they are S60 phones you can get a huge load of apps for them. I keep by Outlook in sync with Google Calendar using Funambol, and GSyncIt to sync the phone with Google. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
