    In addition to deklan99's suggestions have you tried selecting a different server on the test? I also find with my modem/router that I sometimes get a major slow down every so often, which a reboot seems to fix.

    That's where the server you are connecting to in order to test the speed is located, not where you are.

    It's not a great download speed although your upload is OK.

    People who are having problems / slow speeds, they disconnecting all extensions, connect router to the master socket and try hard-wired and not wireless and see what speeds you get.
    It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
    (OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)
