    Hi Sazzle

Great news on the insurance payout, and what a difference a couple of weeks and some hard work from you has made to the tone of your emails. Well done, keep us all posted.

  • Thanks droopinlily.

Problem with the dog is she has to have wheat and gluten free as she has an allergy ( trust me to get the sick dog) but haev been getting cheap rabbit and cat food.

Oh great ... not! Just what you need. Its not a GSD by any chance? I've had two german shepherds with that problem and had to have a special sachet of very expenisve stuff for all meals.
Anyway, not much you can do about that. I'll keep my eyes open to see if there's any cheaper alternatives for you, if you like?
Hope you are feeling better today.
    April2008.Total debt £4353.55. (Loan £649.80; NW CC £370.51; PO CC £1300; catalogue £188.96; Argos card £344.28); Overdraft £1500.

No Chocolate Lab that is such a little madam she keeps injuring herself so luckily we have pet insurance to cover the bills.
Yes if you see any wheat and gluten free food along the way for her please let me know, as every penny counts at the mo

Feeling much better now and will feel even better when I see that money hit my account. Thank you everyone so much for all your advice, just need to keep going now and hopefully I can upgrade my debt free day aim date soon.

  • New update.
Got my £7k through now, yipppppppeeeeeee so in the process of sitting down working out who has the highest interest, who is important to pay now etc and getting it worked out to pay out. Have only been tempted to buy myself a £15 pair of boots that i was in desperate need of and a £10 top as was in the audience for a tv show, that is all I have treated myself.
Will update once I have decided what needs paying and will let you know how it is going.

ok things have got a lot worse. My partner and I have now split ( on good terms ) but means I am now paying for everything in the flat on my own. Now need to do a new SOA to see if there is anywhere I can save.
Hopefully I can cut down the food bill dramatically now he isnt eating with us. I am also going to cut back on electric through less lights on, heating and washing machine.
Going through the house and getting as much ready for a boot fair as I can and going for the minimilist look.

Any further advise would be good, as need to get money together for a car ( as we were sharing one.)
