Anyone got a number which get you through to people who speak english ? I just spend 30min trying to let someone that I did not change my direct Debit but its saw clean they just did not understand me. As result I had to pay £68 today and another £25-£30 in month 4 a phone which does not work; my brother tried the sim the other day and it's not working.

I have email my bank to ask them what happen ?
